Purpose of the Job

We are a young and motivated team working in one of the most pleasant offices in Prague. We help our customers to improve their brand visibility and sales in the retail sector. We build their stores, Shop-in-Shops and POS displays. We also execute their window advertising campaigns.    

Currently we are looking for a new colleague, a Project Executive, who would help us to handle worldwide projects for our client, a well-known international fashion brand.   

Project Executive receives a task from the client´s representatives and briefs, coordinates and checks out output of all internal teams involved to ensure that the task is realized on time, in the expected quality and to the full satisfaction of the customer. 

On the daily basis the Project Executive sets the projects in our ERP system, together with the production team organizes production of the items and in cooperation with the logistics department and with the installation team makes sure the project is delivered and installed in accordance with the client´s requirements. 

We expect our Project Executive to be organized, attentive to detail, good communicator, planner, and team player working closely with other internal teams – Production, Assembly, Warehouse, Logistics and Installation. 

Key responsibilities

  • Project tasks execution - ensuring smooth delivery of the task through all the project phases – setting up project details in ERP system, floor planning, price quotations and time planning, assembly & Pick-n-Pack, transport and final installation of the stores.
  • Customer service – providing excellent customer service and prompt response to all internal and external clients.
  • Project tasks reporting - regularly reporting on project status, inventory and project specific issues. Providing live visibility of the status of all projects.
  • Troubleshooting and handling of claims - identifying and solving issues with effective solutions.
  • Acting as the right hand to the Project Manager and Account Manager. 

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Relevant experience expected - in client services, project management, retail development, logistics or business administration.
  • Capacity to quickly learn and operate internal ERP software for project management.
  • Able to learn fast specifics about our industry including materials, production processes, retail environments, etc.
  • Basic understanding and ability to read technical drawings is a plus.
  • Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must
  • ERP experience is preferable 
  • Organized, efficient and structured to work with large volumeof information.
  • Abilityto multi-task more projects at once without losing control.

  • Perfectionist with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Advanced English written and spoken is a must
  • Another language (relevant for client’s needs– German, Spanish, Italian) is an advantage
