Due to the continued growth and development of our dynamic, multi-disciplinary R&D Team, we have an exciting opportunity for a Software Test Engineer.

The role

As Software Test Engineer, you will be a crucial member of the software team, responsible for writing and executing manual and automated verification for digital applications targeting web and native applications across desktop, tablet and mobile devices, as well as supporting enterprise systems and infrastructure. 

Key duties.

• Contributing to the design, creation, execution and documentation of software testing activities across multiple software projects and technology stacks.
• Executing testing strategies throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.  
• Working within a modern Devops environment you will follow the processes and workflows setup by the team, ensuring a secure and efficient development process is adhered to.
• Planning, Development, Source Control, Test Case Reviews, CI/CD, Testing and Release. 

What are we looking for?

To be considered for this Software Test Engineer opportunity, you will have the following:

Essential skills

• Software Engineering or equivalent Computer Science related degree
• Proficient in carrying out manual and automated software tests 
• Test planning, design, execution and reporting experience.
• Familiarity with modern testing tools and techniques – e.g. TDD, BDD, automation frameworks 
• Familiar with Software development toolchains – Azure Devops, Visual Studio 
• Experience with testing of modern web and mobile applications 
• Highly collaborative, inquisitive and eager to learn 
• Strong communication skills
