Purpose of Job
We are a young and motivated team working in Turkey/Istanbul office of HH Global. We help our customers to improve their brand visibility and sales in the retail sector. We provide the end-to-end solution in POS displays creation, production, logistics and warehousing.

Currently we are looking for a new colleague, a Production Manager, who would help us to handle projects for one of our key clients, a well-known international FMCG company.   
On the daily basis the Production Manager sets the projects in our ERP system, together with the Project Manager organizes production of the items and in cooperation with the logistics department makes sure the project is delivered in accordance with the client´s requirements. 
We expect our Production Manager to be organized, attentive to detail, good communicator, planner, and team player. 

Key responsibilities
•    Project tasks execution - ensuring smooth delivery of the task through all the project phases – setting up project details in ERP system, price quotations and time planning.
•    Customer service – providing excellent customer service and prompt response to all internal and external clients.
•    Reporting - Providing live visibility of the status of all projects, working with databases, checking the data that is used for reporting to the client, collecting necessary data from the suppliers and controlling the reporting timelines.
•    Troubleshooting and handling of claims - identifying and solving issues with effective solutions.
•    Acting as the right hand to the Project Manager. 
Knowledge, skills, experience
•    Relevant experience expected - in client services, project management, retail development, logistics, business administration or any other operational role.
•    Capacity to quickly learn and operate internal ERP software for project management.
•    Able to learn fast specifics about our industry including materials, production processes, retail environments, etc.
•    Basic understanding and ability to read technical drawings is a plus.
•    Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must
•    ERP experience is preferable 
•    Organized, efficient and structured to work with large volume of information.
•    Ability to multi-task more projects at once without losing control.

•    Please note this is a hybrid working position based out of our Istanbul office.
