Purpose of the job 

The Campaign Manager will work as part of the campaign team to ensure that retail instore and window displays for the clients' campaigns/briefs are managed from inception through to delivery, or installation, on time and against operational critical path milestones and financial business targets. 

 

This individual needs to have an established understanding of 2D + 3D production management and prop development working alongside our vendors. You will support the account team, and for specific projects, take full responsibility to deliver the vision of the campaign in parallel with the account strategies. Project management experience of campaigns in the instore retail environment and installation of campaigns, is essential, along with a good commercial understanding. 

 

Key responsibilities  

  • Working in close collaboration with the client's central team, managing centralised campaign production for multiple European markets
  • Take briefs from the client and ensure all key requirements such as critical dates are captured in the Critical Path and WIP documentation
  • Project management of client briefs to the agreed critical path dates to deliver on time and in budget, ensuring escalation is actioned through the correct routes at the right time to keep the projects on track 
  • Provide technical input and advice on print/prop projects as required.
  • Produce detailed 2D and 3D production specifications for instore marketing materials.
  • Brief suppliers on requirements
  • Ensure activity is recorded using the designated company tools.
  • Work with the wider team to ensure that the HH Global ways of working are followed.
  • Manage and fulfil client expectations
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders always showing a ‘can do’ attitude. 

 

Knowledge, Skills + Experience 

  • Experience working within an operational role with a retail focus, including in-store marketing execution.
  • Experience working in a client facing role.
  • Skilled at presenting creative concepts through to prototypes for the clients' approval 
  • Experience working with installation teams, co-ordinating and providing direction for smooth delivery of concept.
  • Numerate with a strong commercial understanding, able to manage job costings and the end-to-end financial process.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to strict timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience of finding solutions.
  • Works collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals.
  • Is professional, courteous and calm under pressure.
  • Keen eye for detail across process and product, never accepting good enough.
