Talent Development Coordinator - FTC

We are seeking a Talent Development Coordinator to join our People Team in Tunbridge Wells for a 12-month FTC.

About the role

In this role, you will collaborate with the Talent Development team, overseeing firm-wide soft skills training, and our Future Talent team, responsible for recruiting and mentoring paralegal apprentices and trainee solicitors. You will also support the Future Talent (FT) team with training programmes such as the trainee induction programme and vacation schemes, and assist with external training events like SQE exams.

Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, you will work closely with the team to ensure a professional, client-focused, proactive, and efficient service is delivered across the firm. Responsibilities include coordinating training programmes, preparing materials, managing the LMS, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of training and development initiatives.

About you 

In this role, you will contribute to Talent Development by offering comprehensive administrative support, including managing training records, booking individuals onto programmes, and assisting with onboarding processes. Adaptability is key, as the role involves supporting multiple areas and adjusting to the evolving needs of the firm.

With experience in training administration and a passion for IT, we are looking for someone with excellent communication, attention to detail, and strong administrative skills. Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
