We have an exciting new role.....

 

We are looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join our People Team in Tunbridge Wells for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a full-time role, but we can consider a 4 day week option.

 

About the role

You will collaborate closely with our Director of People & Development, to lead our employee relations initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislation while aligning with business objectives.

Providing coaching and advice on employee relation issues and policies to group heads, team leaders, and managers will be a key part of the role, alongside managing disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and other HR processes while supporting team members in doing the same.  

 

About you

Experience in the law sector is considered advantageous but not essential for the ideal candidate. You will demonstrate a thorough understanding and experience of the relevant legislation and best practice. The role entails a significant emphasis on employee relations, coaching, and providing support to team leaders, managers, and group heads. The position requires outstanding relationship building skills and the capacity to work autonomously.
