Purpose of the job 

The Account Executive will be responsible for working closely with our clients, suppliers and internal contacts delivering services professionally, to specifications and on time in line with SLAs.   

As the Account executive you will manage projects and liaise with suppliers and clients, delivering excellent customer service whilst delivering the day-to-day account requirements.  You will coordinate the production process and process orders in line with the client brief and the client expectations.    

This is a fast-paced role dealing with a variety of marketing and commercial print projects.  You will be required to build and develop relationships with key stakeholders whilst primarily delivering excellent customer service. 

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join HH Global in an Account Executive role, with training and development opportunities in the client service team. Our client, from the beauty industry, is focused on market position in a competitive and innovative retail environment and needs us to support, enhance and drive the success of their in-store execution. 

 

Key responsibilities  

  • Provide support to the Account Manager and the order window team
  • Take briefs from the client and ensure requirements such as spec and critical dates are captured. 
  • Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients. 
  • Brief suppliers on client requirements. 
  • Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification, on time and in line with SLAs. 
  • Ensure activity is recorded using the designated company tools. 
  • Implement new methods and procedures as required. 
  • Ensure invoicing procedures are followed.
  • Manage and fulfil client expectations.
  • Manage day to day operational requirements.
  • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders always showing a ‘can do’ attitude. 

 

 

Knowledge, Skills + Experience 

  • Languages English +  Italian are required
  • Placement experience working in an operational role in marketing, retail, print production or similar
  • Previous experience working with Print/POS is an advantage
  • Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to strict timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Solution orientated
  • Works collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals
  • Is professional, courteous and calm under pressure
  • Keen eye for detail across, achieving the best possible standards
  • Qualification in marketing is an advantage
