Electrical Shift Engineer

NG Bailey Facilities Services are currently recruiting an experienced Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in the UK Headquarters on behalf of an American multinational technology company that specializes in consumer electronics, computer software, and online services. The world's largest technology company by revenue and, since January 2021, the world's most valuable company.

The Shift Engineer will have experience working in a corporate environment and providing exceptional service in a client facing role. This is a static role.  
You will be working a shift pattern of 4 on / 4 off 1000 am – 2200 pm or 0900 – 2100 pm there will flexibility to shift times when working at weekends .

On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you will carry out a mixture of PPM & reactive maintenance across this large site

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:  

  • You will provide an exceptional high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a corporate commercial, occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service.

  •  

    You will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance works to Electrical, HVAC plant and associated equipment

What we’re looking for:  

  • NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 – Electrical Discipline or have completed an Electrical Apprenticeship.
  • 18th Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations. (Desirable )
  • City & Guilds 2391 – Inspection and Testing (desirable).
  • 3- 5 years’ experience in a commercial environment.
  • Experienced in the electrical aspects of building services PPM schedules, and SFG20.
  • Competent working knowledge of Electrical Systems, Building Management Systems, Lighting Control Systems, Heating and Ventilation Systems, Emergency Generators and UPS.
