Programme Manager – Business Performance

Location: Leeds or London 2 days per week

2 Year Fixed Term Contract

 

Summary

We’re NG Bailey Services - a vibrant business division operating across Facilities Services, IT Services and Freedom (c2000 employees).  We’re a growing and thriving business in a sustainable market.

We’re looking to recruit a brilliant Programme Manager to join us on a 2 year fixed term project as we transform our ERP/work management system. The intended outcome is to have a single cross division model in place with a target completion of phased implementation across the whole Division by December 2026.

In view of the criticality of this project to continuing business operations, operational efficiency and growth strategy, together with the scale of the business, the complexity of the programme and level of investment, we need a Programme Manager to take full accountability for delivery of the programme on behalf of the business. The role will be full time for the duration of the project.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a huge transformation (c£2m) and take the lead in implementing a market leading technology, its processes and people and build the future engine room of the business.

What we’re looking for:

The successful candidate will be an astute technology / business change Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager, able to manage large scale, complex and business critical projects, addressing risks and opportunities to protect and benefit the business.

  • Stakeholder Manager is key and so you’ll need to demonstrate your ability to operate within business at the most senior level and taking full accountability and responsibility for the overarching programme and individual sub-projects.

 

  • Proactive, passionate and comfortable operating with a degree of independence managing a range of individual specialists and subcontractors across the breadth of the scheme to ensure overall success.
  • Diligent and organised with project deliverables and project management products to ensure a high level of professionalism and quality is maintained.

Support from the wider team, line management and Project Directors will of course be provided.
