Summary

Freedom Group is currently recruiting for a stores person to be based at our Widnes depot. The main works will be to support with our 3 asset replacement contracts run from this depot.

 

This is full time position working Monday to Friday 07:30 – 16:00 and offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

 

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

  • Order and control stock for multiple contracts
  • Building job packs for future projects
  • Towing oil and plant trailers as required.
  • Stock checking
  • General duties to keep the stores in a safe tidy condition
  • Arranging skip replacements at the depo
  • Weekly building checks
  • May require some general site-based duties to support the civil and electrical teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Counterbalance Forklift licence (will accept application without, or in need of refresher course) 
  • Previous stores experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong IT skills with the MS Office Suite
