Summary

Freedom are currently recruiting for the role of Operational Support/Administrator based out of our Basildon office.  

  

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

  • Printing and organising customer letters
  • Access and utilise UK Power Networks Mapping Systems
  • Inputting and submitting timesheets
  • General Administrate duties and day to day running of the office
  • Spreadsheet and calendar management.
  • Ordering and recording of tools, equipment and PPE
  • Raising and Actively managing purchase orders and invoices
  • Street Works / Permitting (Training can be provided as required)
    • Raising and monitoring of Street works notices
    • Daily opening and closing of notices
    • Defect management 

What we’re looking for:

  • Good IT Skills and a good understanding of MS Office
  • Previous Experience Working on UKPN Systems - Desirable
  • Previous Experience Working on Street Works Permitting Systems – Desirable
  • Need to be highly organised, with a self-managing approach
  • Can adapt to multiple tasks
