NG Bailey Facilities Services are currently recruiting for a Electrical Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to the Broadgate Estates Portfolio, based in London. You will be joining a prestigious site on our portfolio with a highly qualified and respected team.  
You will provide Electrical reactive and planned maintenance works to a range of plant and equipment for tenanted and landlord areas. This role is a day shift role perfect for someone who is happy with flexible working hours and looking for over-time. 

Part of your role will be to complete fault finding & repair of a range of electrical and be responsible for diagnosing and rectifying electrical plant faults. You will also be responsible for effective servicing and repair work of equipment. You will also assist with supervision of sub-contractor works ensuring compliance and adherence to applicable H&S standards when required. There is also be the occasional mechanical/plumbing maintenance ensuring variety in your role.

What we are looking for someone who has:

• Previously worked as an electrical maintenance service engineer.
• Necessary Electrical qualification
• Experience of fault finding
• Previous basic mechanical experience and knowledge
