Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful Bid Management team as a Estimator in our Facilities Services team.

NG Bailey’s Facilities Services division provides operational mechanical and electrical, technical, planned preventative and reactive fabric maintenance to many blue-chip clients. These include national mobile response, manned residential site services, critical services and energy management.

You will be responsible for supporting winning bids of varying sizes and complexity. You will champion and deliver a winning bid solution through effective leadership, inspiration and support of the bid team.

NG Bailey support those looking to develop their careers so whether you are looking for a step into Bid Management or looking to joining a successful Bids team this role is the perfect opportunity.

 

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

  • Effective leadership of the technical bid process and development of bids that win work through analysis of tender data
  • Maximising the resource available to ensure that the bid is delivered to timescales set
  • To convert work winning opportunities into profitable contracts and in line with business objectives
  • To create, drive and manage the technical bid within the bid team to a winning strategy

 

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for someone with a winning mentality that seeks out new innovative ideas and solutions to make our technical bids industry leading

We are also looking for:

  • An excellent understanding of Excel and data analysis tools
  • Previous experience of the facilities services / maintenance industry
  • Estimating experience desirable but not essential
