Freedom's Hard Facilities Management contract is currently recruiting a Project Manager covering the East and South of England.

You may occasionally be asked to work on other projects within the same geographical area depending on work volumes.

The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for generating and delivering a variety of project work on our customer sites. You will also have full accountability and responsibility for managing and delivery of project works.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: 

•          Identify project opportunities.

•          Liaise with key stakeholders on their requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes to become a trusted advisor.

•          Work with developers, designers and sub-contractors to define and document scope(s) of work(s).

•          Develop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project business case and in turn outcome.

•          Manage, run, and draw up tenders on behalf of the customer as required. Carry out full tender analysis of all sub-contractor returns.

•          Work within the current CDM regulations.

What we’re looking for:

• CDM regulations

• SMSTS
• Recognised technical qualification in construction, M or E or similar
• Business standard of written and verbal literacy and numeracy
• Recognised qualification in Project Management 
• NEBOSH
• Minimum of 5 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, Civils, FM, construction or critical environment
• Proven experience of running a P&L
• Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team
