About Role :
- Fulfill day-to-day functions of CPO including but not limited to: weekly expense reimbursement review, unemployment claim responses, verifications of employment, high volume customer service and basic payroll support.
- Accurate expense reimbursement processing by following both client and IRS compliance regulations while ensuring that CS representatives utilize appropriate processing procedures.
- Actively monitor national and local regulations relevant to the CPO Team functionality to ensure policies remain current and relevant.
- Manage and provide on-going research, resolution, product support and superior customer service to Workers, Client Services, HR, and accounting teams.
- Data entry into WAND, PeopleSoft and Excel.
- Maintain standard as well as client specific Travel & Expense Policies as necessary.
- Ad hoc reporting - producing basic reporting on departments, workers, vendors etc.
- Evaluate processes and procedural documents for increased efficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the collection of user requirements for system enhancements and solutions
- Knowledge of PRO Unlimited business design and product offerings.
