Purpose of the Job

You will be the strategic mastermind behind our client services, guiding a talented team of project and production managers to achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities

Business Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand strong, strategic relationships with client stakeholders to increase revenue opportunities while maintaining superior service and transparency standards.
  • Deliver value to clients by managing existing program scopes and identifying new workstreams/solutions leveraging our full suite of services.
  • Build and implement client development plans and strategies to achieve and exceed growth targets.
  • Manage the financial performance of accounts, including risk analysis and mitigation.
  • Conduct contract reviews and renewals in collaboration with the legal department.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior key decision-makers.
  • Possess exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging senior management on the client side and explaining our company’s value proposition.

Operational Excellence

  • Support your team to deliver operational excellence by defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Resolve issues and quality concerns promptly, implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company operating procedures across on-site and off-site account teams.
  • Play a leading role in client satisfaction, including client liaison and management of internal resources and external suppliers.

Team Management

  • Provide strong leadership to account teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
  • Manage the personal development of team members through appraisals, one-on-one meetings, mentoring, and training.

 

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Extensive client service management experience, ideally with time spent working on client sites.
  • Strong experience engaging with senior-level decision-makers and presenting account strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage work in a fast-paced retail environment; experience with general construction companies is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Significant experience managing large P&L budgets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships at all levels up to Board level.
  • Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—with clarity of expression.
  • Passion for quality and high standards.
  • Extensive people management experience, including performance management and team leadership.
  • Experience managing department financials.

 

For New York applicants: The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $165,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. 

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives in addition to base salary.
