The Role

You will be an integral part of the on-site team supporting our client in their objective to accelerate customer acquisition, and increase engagement and retention.  You'll be the expert in utilising innovative B2B growth marketing strategies, optimising the customer lifecycle, and crafting compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience.  You will lead the strategic management and optimization of growth marketing disciplines across the EMEA region, as well as manage all aspects of planning and implementation. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Marketing:

    • Design and execute data-driven experiments to identify scalable growth opportunities across channels (e.g., SEO, content marketing, paid acquisition, referral programs).

    • Stay ahead of emerging marketing trends and technologies to continuously test and refine growth tactics.

  • Customer Lifecycle Management:

    • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

    • Design targeted upsell and cross-sell campaigns based on customer behaviour and segmentation.

    • Proactively identify and address potential churn triggers, implementing retention strategies.

    • Collaborate with customer support to analyse and resolve customer issues, enhancing overall satisfaction.

  • Messaging & Copywriting:

    • Craft compelling and persuasive copy for marketing campaigns, website content, landing pages, emails or social media.

    • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all customer touchpoints.

    • Tailor messaging to different customer segments for maximum impact.

  • Performance Tracking

    • Utilise data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, identify key performance indicators, and interpret these findings to inform and steer the growth marketing strategy. 



 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications, and a proven track record in these key areas, ideally from within a large organisation or consultancy. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Experience in a growth marketing or similar role.

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing growth strategies and achieving measurable results.

  • Outstanding project management skills; results focused with superb execution and follow-through, and highly attentive to detail.

  • Proven ability to handle ambiguity, problem solve, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven, technical work environment. 

  • Ability to work independently but also well with a team to drive work forward.

  • Proven success in working with cross-functional teams and external parties.

  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and strong analytical skills. 

  • Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.

  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.

 

Additional experience

In addition, experience in the following areas would be beneficial to the role

  • Experience in SaaS or technology industries.

  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing frameworks.

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.

  • Understanding of technical SEO and content optimization.

  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ad
