Purpose of the Job

Operations Analyst is responsible for entry all data information of the projects into the system, tracking all the process and delivery dates in a positive, collaborative and team building manner to ensure success. Collaborate to improve operations internally, work cooperatively and effectively to set goals, troubleshoot problems to make decisions that enhance effectiveness and efficiency. This person works within a ticketing queue.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively support production services activities for print and marketing supply chain company.
  • Work closely to Production Services Managers to provide quality service in all their data entry requirements.
  • Work closely with the production service managers and the client service managers to update orders and client needs for the designated client.
  • Manage the procurement of distribution list, quantities, POs, PODs from production teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing for services. Intern clients.
  • Become strong subject matter expert and user of the HUB supply chain system.
  • Work with internal management teams to resolve challenges in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Creation, Analysis of reports, develop the insights obtained and present them to the management team.
  • Review of information sent in Excel layouts.
  • Receiving client service follow-up.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • 1 to 3 Years of experience realizing administrative activities, information analysis, and information capture, (Call center, Shared Service Center, Help Desk,)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related
  • Very Effective communicator
  • Organized
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Pro-actively looks to solve problems
  • Understand and execute against client KPIs as assigned
  • Manage production and job level WIP through daily
  • Execute invoicing in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Execute production activities within guidelines of established SLAs and in compliance with contractual agreements and company policies and procedures
  • Fluent in Spanish and English writing, reading, and listening
