Design Engineer

Purpose of the Job

As a Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that designs are produced efficiently, economically, and to the highest quality standards. Join our dynamic engineering team to create detailed product drawings for POS Display, Branded retail fixtures and Store environments. 

Key Responsibilities

• Developing technical documentation, 3D models, and 2D drawings in Solidworks & PDM
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare timelines and cost estimates
• Manage technical documents and keep project teams informed on progress
• Participate in cross-functional development projects

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• Strong background in engineering and materials (wood, metal, plastics, etc.)
• Solid experience in CAD programs (Solidworks required), PDM
• Ability to sketch by hand before using CAD tools
• Multi-tasking, organized, and proactive in learning new techniques
• English and Czech language proficiency
• Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
