POSITION TITLE: Healthcare Partnership Manager

LOCATION: Remote UK

 

This position reports to our European HQ in Gent, BE and is fully remote within the UK. National, and occasionally international, travel is expected when needed and local candidates are preferred.

Who we are looking for:

As we continue to grow, TriNetX is looking for an ambitious, energetic, and motivated Healthcare Partnership Manager, with a strong background in either clinical research or healthcare sales / account management within the NHS, to strengthen our existing healthcare partnerships, driving the deployment, adoption and expansion of our portfolio. In addition, you will also be involved in securing new partnerships with prospect healthcare organizations.

You will be able to communicate effectively on all levels, including with Clinicians, physician researchers, IT, and C level executives and will be able to quickly establish relationships with key decision makers, managing multiple objectives and goals - An entrepreneurial “own the business” work ethic is critical, with the mindset that “a successful partner is as important as a new partner.”

 

Job Description:

  • Manage and mature business partnerships with healthcare organizations within the UK and potentially other designated countries 
  • Creatively develop and execute effective expansion activities with healthcare organizations to meet specific business objectives and to create and sustain a network of these healthcare organizations 
  • Utilize data for the purposes of grant funded research, industry collaboration, and publish articles/papers in journals 
  • Expand the clinical data workflows from our HCO partners including data from EHR systems, oncology information systems, enterprise data warehouses, cancer registries, pathology and radiology systems, and unstructured data elements, etc.
  •  Possess a deep understanding of how clinical research at healthcare organizations within the UK operates.
  • Develop strategies and relationships with key decision makers within designated accounts, to meet business objectives. These decision makers may include: Chief Information Officer, Chief Research Officer, Chief Research Information Officer, VP Research, etc.
  •  Remain knowledgeable on the clinical research landscape, government and professional group initiatives, associated industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Learn and utilize the TriNetX platform and associated marketing material to maximize expansion effectiveness and efficiency. 
  • Attend relevant symposia and congresses to support building relationships with healthcare organizations. 
  • Report diligently through maintenance of accounts in Salesforce, regular attendance of (virtual) team meetings and professional presentations 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related fields utilizing EHR data for use in real world evidence (RWE), biostatistics, clinical trial engagement, clinical research, life sciences or public health research, ideally including the use of clinical data for population-based analysis purposes. 
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in building, maintaining and extending customer relationships, ideally within the NHS 
  • Strong business acumen, oral and written communications skills, and the ability to successfully interface and build relationships at all levels in the organization.
  • Self-starter who can work both collaboratively and independently. 
  • Ability to work closely with and influence related cross functional groups and other internal and customer stakeholders.
