Purpose of the job

 

The Project Manager for Iberia will have overall ownership and responsibility for the management of all Content + Development projects requested from a new Tech Client, ensuring to interpret the requirements of the brief and deliver execution to drive the business forward. The Project Manager will report into the Central Senior Project Manager leading the HH Global team serving the Client Cluster

 

Key responsibilities

  • Ownership of allocated account, working to achieve and increase given targets.
  • Act as supervisor of artworker resource allocated to the account and execute as artworkers if needed
  • Finding new opportunities with the client and building on those opportunities.
  • Where required, work seamlessly with the creative and strategy teams to provide value added input to client meetings and discussions.
  • Monitoring project budgets, within time and budget.
  • Taking client briefs and pro-actively suggesting alternative solutions to the client – adding value, up selling and cross selling where possible.
  • Working to ensure that the client has confidence the project will meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Having a good understanding of the client brand guidelines.
  • Solving problems and offering alternative solutions, supporting pitch proposals and delivery.
  • Sourcing suppliers and building quotations in other categories if needed.
  • Ensuring that the project always remains in scope.
  • Proactively sharing knowledge with other team members, suggesting new ways of working.
  • Ensure correct processes are followed.
  • Manage expected revenue levels, devising plans to identify new revenue streams.
  • To be an ambassador for the business.

 

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • A proven track record of building relationships with clients in communication and design industry. 
  • Creative agency/Design Freelancing experience, able to switch from accounting to more operational roles.
  • Digitally savvy and a willingness to find new and exciting ways to communicate.
  • A positive, proactive, outgoing personality with a genuine enjoyment of client contact and teamwork
  • Methodical and logical approach.
  • Ability to work in a high energy environment and able to meet/exceed timelines..
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign. After Effect would be a plus).
  • Spanish and Portuguese speaking, good level of English expected and Italian would be a plus
  • Client focused with excellent client facing skills.
