Position Summary

Responsible for overseeing the overall operations of multiple production facilities within Zhuhai, Tongling, and Prachinburi. This role involves formulating and executing multi-plant strategies that align with the company’s objectives, focusing on growth, quality, service, profitability and safety. The Director plays a pivotal role in cultivating a strong organizational culture and ensuring seamless operational execution.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that support overall company goals related to sales growth, quality, profitability and safety.
• Oversee plant operations for Zhuhai, Tongling, and Prachinburi, ensuring efficiency in manufacturing processes.
• Monitor financial performance and profitability of all facilities; implement cost-control measures as needed; ensure budget adherence and financial health.
• Ensure a safe workplace by creating safety policies, following regulations, and facilitating a culture of safety.
• Set performance objectives for the facilities and monitor progress against key indicators.
• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and performance.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Develop initiatives to minimize defects and improve customer satisfaction.
• Directly manage plant managers, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence.
• Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence among the teams.
• Mentor and develop staff at all operational levels, promoting professional growth and team cohesion, cultivate a positive workplace culture aligned with company core values.
• Analyze operational data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve performance.
• Prepare regular reports on operation performance, achievements, and strategic initiatives for stakeholders.
• Collaborate within the organization to optimize operational workflows and resource utilization.
• Communicate effectively with senior management regarding operational performance and challenges.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in strategic planning and project management.
• Excellent communication and well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.  Ability to speak Thai preferred.
• High Financial Acumen.
