JOB PURPOSE

The Revenue Operations Manager plays a central role at the heart of Derivia Intelligence’s revenue function.

Managing a team of 2 Sales Operations Executives, they are responsible for leading the transformation of our revenue operations function, providing critical business intelligence to the C-Suite and driving adherence to best practice sales and operational processes across the business. As a member of the commercial leadership team, this role with have a mandate for change, process improvement and will be key in creating value for the business whilst preparing for sale.

 

KEY OBJECTIVES

  • Leading the sales operations team, ensure all orders are processed accurately in Salesforce and validate and maintain the master data accuracy of customer and deal information
  • Become a subject matter expert for the business’s Lead-to-Cash (L2C) process identifying and implementing areas of optimization and automation
  • Working with the Sales leadership team, provide regular reporting and sales analytics on activity, pipeline, forecasting and billing, and cash collection metrics
  • Design and implement customer lifecycle workflows in Salesforce to enable a seamless and consistent renewal experience for customers
  • Lead the strategy for and engagement with the sales technology stack, including Salesforce, Docusign and Zoominfo.
  • Proactively identify operational challenges, recommend solutions, and action improvements to produce better business flows across the L2C process
  • Serve as a cross-departmental conduit between the Derivia sales team and other departments (Finance, Credit Control, Legal, IT, Marketing) to maintain clear communication between the functions
  • Provide training and support to ensure sales and CRM processes are adopted effectively.

 

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • 5+ years’ experience within B2B Market Intelligence or SaaS industries
  • 3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations and/or Enablement roles
  • Knowledge of financial markets and data, preferred
  • Advanced Salesforce User – Cases; Reports; Dashboards, Order processing
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Customer facing experience and team leadership experience desirable
  • Strong process-driven, organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to turn data into insights and actions
  • A problem solver – ability to identify solution to complex business challenges
  • A proactive, hands-on approach mentality with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of getting things done
  • Desirable – experience working with other revenue technology systems such as Gong, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Clari, Hubspot etc.
