Account Manager
Purpose of the job.
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Milan. You’ll be working within a client team that manages one of the world’s top beverage brands. This entry-level position is ideal for someone enthusiastic about learning and growing in a global business environment. While you won’t need all the skills right away, a willingness to develop and contribute is essential. Our experienced team will provide strong support throughout your journey. The position is hybrid, with the first 6 to 12 months requiring full-time office presence for hands-on training and development.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing projects and developing client briefs, with direct client interactions on construction design, creative design, and artwork management. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to bring these projects to life.

Key responsibilities
- Support and collaborate on constructional design, creative Projects with the client to develop a final HH Global brief. This brief should include detailed specifications and product development timings, which adhere to the master global timeline set by the Senior Account Manager.
- Coordinating Multiple creative and construction design projects with internal teams and external agencies, Overseeing the Artwork Approval Processes, building knowledge of client Brand Guidelines and Standards, and being the clients 'Brand Guardian'.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Client stakeholders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while overseeing project management to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in creating client presentations, handling essential order processing tasks, and submitting customer-related data.
- The role involves regular travel to the client’s headquarters in Milan for sample reviews and brief alignments. As a result, a consistent presence in our Milan office is essential
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Language Proficiency: An intermediate level of written and spoken English is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with basic skills and will allow time for English lessons to enhance proficiency. Fluent Italian is essential
- Customer Focus: Proactively anticipates and addresses customer needs to ensure quality, delivery, reliability, and consistency.
- Project Management: Manages multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Product Development and artwork design: While having knowledge or experience in this area is beneficial, it is not essential.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures the highest standards through meticulous attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Team Player: Collaborates with colleagues to achieve results through enthusiasm, motivation, commitment, and determination.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on daily Excel use.
