Purpose of the job

We are seeking an experienced, pro-active and client focused Account Manager, to manage complex Print productions and highly bespoke premiums items to support our 3M Account in EMEA. The role will be crucial to ensuring that we operate effectively and efficiently, with the key focus on providing critical path timelines, exceptional client service and solutions that are developed and delivered on time and against operational and financial business targets. A critical thinking mindset is ensuring that you always have the impact of the client decision in mind and being able to articulate this to clients.

 

As the Account Manager you will work closely with clients, suppliers and internal contacts to deliver services to our customers professionally and on time. 
You will
be responsible for delivering exceptional client service through excellent customer service and product delivery. You will develop and maintain a strong relationship with key client stakeholders at all levels and you will propose and deliver all company solutions. 
 

Fluent in English is essential.

 

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

- Experience in a client facing role is essential
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Able to prioritise workload in a high energy environmen
- Has a high level of technical print knowledge with detailed understanding of different techniques 
- Experience on Premium Promotional Items 
- POS conceptual experience
- Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)
- Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
