About the Role

 

A typical day involves collaborating with Magnit-internal and client stakeholders on queries and issues related to the processing of purchase orders and invoices.

What You Will Do

 

  • Work closely with client stakeholders as well as Magnit-internal Client Delivery and FinOps teams to monitor the processing of purchase orders, goods receipts and invoices and take remediating actions in case of problems.
  • Report technical problems to the respective IT team and follow up on ticket resolution.
  • Participate in calls (CET/CEST working hours) on the above-mentioned topics upon request.

What You Will Need

 

  • Understanding of billing/invoicing, preferred experience within SAP Fieldglass from MSP perspective (not recruiting).
  • Will be completing daily/weekly invoicing reports, supporting Magnit FinOps, working with client 3rd party Fieldglass support team and client SRM/P2P teams to resolve rejected invoices, supplier inquiries for payment delays, pending billing, management and tracking of tickets via weekly reports, etc
  • Experience in providing remote customer service
  • Experience in working with purchase-to-pay and accounts payable processes
  • Experience in staffing industry, HR/recruiting, MSP is preferred
  • Experience in working with ticketing systems and an ability to learn new IT systems and related processes quickly
  • Good command of English, verbally and in writing
  • A customer-oriented, self-motivated and agile “can-do” attitude and the ability to work across functions
