POSITION DETAILS:

PURPOSE OF JOB:

  • Responsible for the management, implementation, and development of ISO 9001,14001, 20000-1 and related compliance tasks and projects
  • Research, develop and maintain operating procedures and processes relating to relevant laws and legislations and industry’s standards including but not limited to ISO 9001 and 14001
  • Participates and works with key stakeholders across the business to create strategies and processes related to all areas of governance, risk management and compliance
  • Assists in the provision of audits based on regulatory and internal requirements
  • Supporting internal governance for customers and suppliers
  • Responsible complaints management system

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operational running of all company’s ISO 9001 and 14001 standards and audit functions (both internal and external)
  • Incorporate compliance requirements into daily business operations and ensure subsequent processes are supported and audited
  • Manage the investigation process of all compliance issues
  • Train and mentor all staff on all compliance related policy, procedures, implementation, best practice and awareness
  • Responsible for identification and analysis of ISO 9001 and 14001 compliance related nonconformities
  • Support the widder business on general compliance and due diligence with new strategies, project execution and implementation of new initiatives. 
  • Dealing with customer complaints and working with the wider business

INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting in internal and external audits
  • Responding to due diligence questionnaires and technical queries from customers and suppliers
  • Keeping abreast of compliance best practices
  • Management of the relationship with external accreditation bodies
  • Working closely with the administration team to manage all reporting requirements for ISO 14001
  • Responding to customer complaints

  • An understanding of ISO 9001 and 14001 standards in an IT-related business environment
