PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation. This will include qualifying leads, booking meetings and building relationships with potential customers. The ultimate goal of the role is to generate high quality leads for the Sales Team and increase profitability for the company.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generating leads through outbound prospecting, emailing and other marketing activities.
  • Qualifying leads by gathering information on prospect’s needs, budgets and decision making process.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM.
  • Scheduling and conducting discovery calls with with qualified prospects.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Team to create targeted sales strategies.
  • Achieving or exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: 

Educational Qualifications:

  • Educated to a good standard in both English language & grammar
