PURPOSE OF JOB:(OVERALL DESCRIPTION OF THE POST WITHIN THE TEAM AND ORGANISATION) |
We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Trainer to join our team. The Systems Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to our employees ensuring they have an in-depth understanding of our company’s systems, software, and processes. Initially working in the Business Transformation team in the project team for new systems being implemented, the role will transition to the Learning & Development team once the project phase for these is over, and they move to business as usual. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of creating and delivering training for systems and processes, excellent communication skills. |
