PURPOSE OF JOB:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Customer Success Coordinator.

The Microsoft Customer Success Coordinator will leverage data insights to identify and capitalize on opportunities for sales growth through the effective use of Microsoft’s funding and incentives programs. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Commerce Incentives (MCI), Cyber Security Incentive (CSI), Azure Migrate and Modernise (AMM), and other related funding and incentive programs.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for sales and specialist teams to maximize profits through Microsoft’s funding and incentives programs.
  • Utilize data insights to suggest the next logical steps in the sales process.
  • Collaborate with sales and specialist teams to ensure the effective use of Microsoft Commerce Incentives (MCI), Cyber Security Incentive (CSI), Azure Migrate and Modernise (AMM), and other programs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track the performance and utilization of incentive programs.
  • Provide training and support to sales and specialist teams on the use of data insights and incentive programs.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of incentive programs, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft’s funding and incentives programs.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft and a good understanding of MCI, CSI, AMM, and other Microsoft programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with various internal teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Partner Centre and Incentives Portals.
