PURPOSE OF JOB:

To work with the Legal team to provide key support for efficient and effective contracts administration within the business with a focus on software and hardware supply, professional services and managed services.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reviewing and responding to legal issues and enquiries from both internal and external customers
  • Ensuring end-to-end management all contracts that pass through the Legal department – MSA, GTC, EULA, Reseller Agreements, Tenders, Frameworks
  • Reviewing key professional services Partner Agreements
  • Responding to general legal enquiries

INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working closely with the Vendor Ops, Sales, Tenders, Finance and Services teams to provide support to partners, customers and suppliers in drafting relevant contracts
  • Drafting / redrafting and negotiating agreements
  • Representing Bytes in front of both customers and suppliers throughout commercial discussions and negotiations
  • Supporting the Legal team with contractual matters

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

  • Degree in Business or Law

  • 1-2 years’ worth of experience in a contracts administration or legal administration role
