Client Service Representative

About the Role:

The role of a Client Services Representative (CSR) is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our service. Working on a hybrid basis you will be an integrated member of their team whilst representing Magnit at all times. You will provide support to the rest of the Magnit team, ensuring the prompt and accurate onboarding of your client’s contingent workforce and using the HCM software platform on daily basis.

A typical day may involve interview coordination, communicating with hiring managers and suppliers, updating the HCM platforms, attending briefings on new roles with clients and monitoring response rates from suppliers. Additionally, you may be involved in troubleshooting and helping out the rest of the team when and how required - always whilst ensuring the client receives outstanding service!

What You Will Do:

  • Provide ongoing contract administration support to the remote or onsite Magnit team
  • Monitor signature of contracts by partner suppliers and draft service agreements
  • Create and execute tasks for screening
  • Prepare Reliability Statements and Screening certificates and sending them to the client
  • Draft partial agreements/transaction agreements and work orders
  • Complete timely Client System Updates, including transfers, data change, end date and software updates
  • Keep an eye on records and documents and ensure any necessary data is collected

What You Will Need:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good level of knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Good data entry skills (alpha & numeric) with excellent accuracy
  • Keen to develop and progress
