We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations/HubSpot Administrator to manage our sales operations and HubSpot platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations, HubSpot administration, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and optimize our HubSpot platform, including contact and company data management, workflow automation, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement effective sales processes and workflows.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on HubSpot usage and best practices in sales operations.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Manage sales operations projects, including data migration, integration, and process improvement initiatives.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

 

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, HubSpot administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with HubSpot administration, including contact and company data management, workflow automation, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

 

Nice to Have:

 

  • Experience with sales operations tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or Freshsales.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
  • Certification in HubSpot or sales operations is a plus.
