Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations/HubSpot Administrator to manage our sales operations and HubSpot platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations, HubSpot administration, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our HubSpot platform, including contact and company data management, workflow automation, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement effective sales processes and workflows.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on HubSpot usage and best practices in sales operations.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Manage sales operations projects, including data migration, integration, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, HubSpot administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience with HubSpot administration, including contact and company data management, workflow automation, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with sales operations tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or Freshsales.
- Knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
- Certification in HubSpot or sales operations is a plus.
